Most plumbing fixture swaps are straightforward -- shut off the supply, swap the device, reconnect, test for leaks. The problems come when the shutoffs are corroded and will not close, the drain rough-in is the wrong size, or the previous installation was done wrong and someone taped over it. We deal with all of that and tell you what we find.

We do fixture-level plumbing: faucets, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwasher hookups, shower heads, vanity installs, supply line replacements, and shut-off valve replacements. We do not repipe, move drains, or work inside walls. Jobs that require opening walls or moving drain lines go to a licensed plumber.

Everything we install gets tested before we leave. Supply connections checked, drain flow confirmed, no drips under the sink. If we find a problem we can not solve -- corroded galvanized, a bad drain that needs relocation -- we tell you straight rather than covering it up.

    FAQ

    Questions about plumbing

Can you fix a leak in the pipe?
Supply line leaks at connections, yes. Leaks in copper or PVC inside walls require a licensed plumber.
    Do you install dishwashers?
Yes -- hookup to existing drain and supply. If you need new supply lines or a new drain run, that is licensed plumber work.
My shut-off valve is stuck. Can you fix it?
We can replace stuck or corroded shut-off valves in most cases. If the main supply has to be shut off at the meter, we coordinate that.
